The URL I posted was to Surecool.net, but that happens ocassionally. Usually, you
can try the link again, and you'll get to the right place.
But, that system is infected with malware, WinTools. Rnaapp is Dial up Networking.
You'll need to get the malware cleaned up, before the maintenance tools will complete.
I'd asked, if you'd ran any scans.
Download and run Spybot S&D and HijackThis, then post the HJT log here. After installing
Spybot, use the integrated update feature and download all updates that aren't optional.

Log off the net, then boot into Safe mode to run a Spybot scan. Before booting into
Safe Mode, check in Add/Remove programs and remove any toolbars, and/or other suspicious
applications, you didn't install yourself (if possible).
How to Start Windows in Safe Mode
Close all open windows, first. Then start Spybot and run the Default mode scan. Once
the scan is finished, 'Check All' and fix everything labeled in RED. Clear out ll
those temp folders again and empty Recycle bin. Reboot normally.
Be sure to get rid of any older versions of HJT and download the current one:
Hijack This 1.99.1 Unzip HJT into a new folder. Example: C:\HJT. It
creates backups of all fixed entries, and they're automatically saved in the same
location. Log off the net, then close all other open windows. Run 'HijackThis.exe.
Click "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
Once the scan is finished, the log will automatically open in Notepad. Select all
and copy/paste the entire log here in a post. Please click "Check this box to
preserve your spacing...", before posting your log.
Note: most of the entries in HiJack This will be harmless or even essential.
Don't fix anything yet. This tutorial has a description of the entries, so you
get an idea what they mean:
