Try this:

My Computer > DUN

Right click your default connection.

Properties > General > Configure > Connection

Set Cancel the call if not connected within to a larger value. It is probably at 30 seconds, so change it to 45. If that doesn't work, change it to an even larger value.

If that doesn't work try this specialized help site:
