Win98 installed components Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 1:17 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by tony (2 messages posted) My ICS service just stopped servicing two other PCs on my LAN network which share a broadband line. I checked 'control panel', 'Add/remove programs' 'Windows setup' and found it completely empty ! How can I fix this without reinstalling ?
