That message 'may' be the result of starting to load
some software and aborting or removing the CD prior to
having the software load properting or cancelling at the
proper time, if the program asked for the installation CD.
Click Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG Go to the Startup tab. You can
disable items there, until you find the cause of the problem.
