I had the problem of only getting 70 - 85% of my system (98se) to defrag. I ran Skybot
S & D, Adware, Scan and in safe mode. I deleted BellSouth's Pop-up Stopper. I then
ran Diskkeeper (free version) and it completed the job 100%. I enabled Diskkeeper
to run in the background and haven't defrag since then. Diskeeper is downloadable
and I recommend it highly.
