It would help if you described exactly what your problem is. Here's two options that
may help.
Select Start/Run, type REGEDIT in the 'Open' box and press enter. When Registry
Editor opens, click 'Edit' on the toolbar and then 'Find'. Next in the 'Find what:'
window, type NoSaveSettings and press enter. If the entry is found, it should
show in the right pane. Right-click it and select 'Delete' from the menu, or select
'Modify' and change the value from '1' to '0'. Close the editor and reboot.
If the registry restriction doesn't exist, you could run the repair below.
- Reboot, then press and hold the CTRL key to enter the boot menu. Select
the COMMAND PROMPT ONLY option and press enter.
- At the C:\> prompt, type SCANREG /FIX and press enter. This can
take up to 10 minutes or so. If the FIX procedure succeeds, run the command again
as SCANREG /OPT. When you see the C:\> prompt again, reboot the system.
