This is the correct spec for your system and it is double sided LD. This is a 256
module:

http://www.crucial.com/store/MPartspecs.Asp?mtbpoid=1FD50B59A5CA7304&WSMD=Pavilion+8750C&WSPN=CT187297#info

When you take the new module back, make sure this is the spec you get. If they can't
verify what they are selling you, go some place that can. Note, in the above page
link two of the spec listings. CL-2 and the 32 X 64.. The 64 number can NOT be
any higher. If it is, it's wrong for your computer. Also check HP's website that
no BIOS update is necessary to run the full capacity of RAM. Sometimes the BIOS
needed to be upgraded for early versions of the same computer model series. Good
Luck!! :-)
