Not good enough Sarah.  You will have to get the 
exact filename(s).  You will also need to know where it 
goes.  There are a few locations. Part of DirectX.

Why don't you just get DirectX from Microsoft.  Then 
you will be sure.

I show these 3 files:
MSPCLOCK.SYS	
MSPCLOCK.98	
MSPCLOCK.SE
