Hey no prob on the rant! LOL You sure hear all kinds of stories. What they sold
you was HD (4 chip double sided) and what they gave you now is LD so it will fall
back to PC 100 when you add it in with a PC 100 module or if the FSB is set to 100.
If you can set the FSB to 133 (by MB jumper or in the BIOS) and run only that module,
you would get a slight increase in speed during some operations, such as mem intensive
ones. The HD won't fall back or clock down to PC 100, in fact the good manufacturers
usually put warnings on them for not being backward compatible. Most of the gerenics/OEM
won't have a warning at all! :-( So all in all, it should work fine now. Good
Luck!!
