I got the same thing on Windows XP, and I did a system restore.  It fixed it for 
a moment, then i got it right back again.  I keep going back further in time and 
it still pops up again and again.  Don't u love Microsoft?
i do run an alternate browser Mozilla and it always works for me. thank god!
