I turn it on, it goes to the manufacturer screen. At the bottom it says to hit tab to "show post screen." Another choice is hit delete to enter "set up." Neither works. Next is the normal DOS-looking BIOs, DMI, CPU etc. info screen for a second, then to the GoBack, where it freezes. GoBack enters the start up only when I haven't properly shut down Windows, I believe; I don't pay that much attention. I think I need to reinstall windows. I think the problem was caused by a power loss/surge (been having those lately) or a virus (but Norton scans my mail).
