I Have Something Like That But It Started When I Redid My Computer.......A Friend
Also Had It but Managed To Get Rid By Redoing His Comp , It Didnt Work Me........
1) Try finding the file on google and then install it
2) Redo your comp (last resort if it pissing you off so badly)
