Hi Carol
Yes I did uninstall and reinstall --
The message only told me that there were missing library dll files.
I have not downloaded any dll files as I do not know which ones to download.
I think I will uninstall&reinstall again. Reading someliterature on the web,thisproblem
may be due to a virus. I have run three different virus scans--no virus. I ran two
different syware scans, and got rid of two spyware. I rebooted and tried again to
launch the browser. Same problem.
