This site gives a glimpse into what ybrowser.exe is:

Apparently, it's not an essential program to have in the greater scheme of things,
so you can do one of two things.
First off, I wouldn't say it's a spyware or hijacker problem, though. It wouldn't
hurt to run those programs through also just to be sure before resorting to either
or both of the following options:
a) You might want to try scanreg /restore. Restart your computer in MS-DOS mode
- Start>Shut Down>Restart in MS DOS - and after it's restarted at the C: prompt that
you'll see, type scanreg /restore. Keep the blank space between scanreg and the
slash. The Microsoft Registry Checker will search for your registry backups and
give you several to choose from. Select the one dated prior to when the problem
began happening, then restart the computer after it restores that backup. This may
get back things in order again. Warning, though: if you're running Norton Antivirus
and its definition files have been updated between the date of the backup and now,
then you run the risk of screwing up your Norton. If you're absolutely certain the
program hasn't updated its virus definitions, then you'll be okay.
b) This is the trickier option. If you have a Yahoo-related program that you're
using and this browser thing or whatever is only an add-on, then uninstall everything
Yahoo - unless if it's in some weird way necessary to your Rogers internet connection.
I doubt that it is, but I don't know how your ISP does things. Anyway, if you were
able to use the net without this Yahoo stuff on it before, then you should be okay
doing this. Uninstall everything Yahoo, making sure afterwards that you do a Search
through your computer for Yahoo and get rid of any lingering files and folders.
Make sure none of what you delete in that way refers to Rogers, just to be on the
safe side.
Then go into the registry - Start>Run, type regedit, the registry editor box will
pop up, click Edit>Find, type yahoo in the search window and proceed to delete every
reference to yahoo. Even after uninstalling a program, some registry items will
still be left behind and it's possible that you had an incomplete or faulty uninstall
and that's why you're getting the message about missing dlls, even if you've reinstalled
the program. The point is to ensure a complete clean reinstall of that program,
which is why you have to get rid of all those registry items referring to yahoo before
doing so. But make sure you only delete those items where you see the references
related to the program itself. If you see a yahoo item related to, say, Rogers cable,
then just to play it safe, don't touch it. You'll see the items in the wider right
side window of the registry editor. In the narrower left side window you'll see the
folders. Delete the folders in the left side window only when they are highlighted
as you do your search; otherwise, most of the registry items to delete will be highlighted
in your right side window. Simply delete each relevant unneeded yahoo item highlighted
by left-cllicking the mouse on the item to bring up the menu and then click delete.
You can move faster through your search by using the F3 key to get to the next item.
If you're not comfortable working with the registry, it might be best not to do it,
or have someone you know who has worked with the registry do it for you, or an experienced
comp tech guy. All I can say is that from my experience I've had the same sort of
missing dll files problem after uninstalling and reinstalling some programs, most
notoriously Norton Antivirus, and the only way to resolve them sometimes is to clean
out the registry of whatever unneeded references there still are to the program before
doing another and clean install, after which everything goes back to normal. But
try the scanreg /restore option first and if it doesn't work, then proceed with caution
to editing your registry on your own.
