I have a question about Setting up Dial-Up Networking:

I have a question about Dial-up Networking. I play on-line games (by the way, the average age of on-line game players is getting older and older, Im 62). Anyway, Im using ISDN in Costa Rica. I frequently get disconnected from the internet while in a game. WOW or GuildWars. I am unable to reconnect without having to restart my computer. If I hit disconnect, it just sits there with the X on the two screens in the task bar. It will not restart even if I use the Dialer Icon. Will I need to reinstall the dialer? Uninstall it first then reinstall, is this a known problem? If so is there a fix? Ive been involved in computers for some 25 years, so Im not a novice about uninstalling/reinstalling if thats necessary. Lou
