If it doesn't say "File not found", write down what it says and post that here. (Expecting something like Directory of C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS.) To reinstall Windows, you will need your Windows Product key. When you have it, WRITE IT DOWN and put a copy of it with your jewelry and other VALUABLES.
