It is the old computer that I got it from my workplace when they rolled out new machines. It used to be on the company network and the motherboard has the network connection. I use linksys router at home to connect other pcs wireless. I bought a new linksys pci adapter card as internet did not work with the network slot already there on the motherboard. I hardwired the new adapter to the router. As mentioned in my previous posting, now I can not change the screen resolution or colors in this selective mode startup, however, internet works on this mode. If I use the Normal start up, I get high resolution monitor, but internet does not work. That is the problem. Hope I explained properly and hopefully you may have some suggestions. Thanks P devineni
