On startup my computer says I need to run scandisk.exe, but will not automcatically start that program, says there are errors. When I do get into the scandisk program is will start and stop ten times and tell me there are programs running, (there are no programs running), and scandisk will not SCAN THE DISK. Why, what's wrong? Thanks for your help.
