Disable Screen Settings Properties Access?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

NoDispSettingsPage = enable/disable Settings Display tab

Data Type : DWORD = 00000001

Run Regedit and go to the registry key highlighted in red above. Right-click in the
right pane and select NEW, then DWORD from the context menu. Name the
DWORD NoDispSettingsPage, then right-click NoDispSettingsPage and set its
value to 1 (one).

This will prevent anyone using this sign-on (account) from accessing the display
tab. To disable this restriction, change the DWORD value to 0 (zero), or delete
the DWORD NoDispSettingsPage.
