I don't have an internet explorer problem - it's a windows explorer.exe problem. The UXTHEME.dll is trying to link to a missing NTDLL.DLL and is causing a hangup. I've tried deleting UXTHEME.DLL but explorer says its required even tho it's not a windows DLL. The computer boots all the way to the screen saver and then the message appears. Microsoft says it might be the "Pretty Park" virus but how do you run a virus scan from DOS?
