I would try........
Moving the sound card to another PCI slot (if available). Or remove the Wireless
card setup from 'Device Manager' and then reinstall it. You surely have an IRQ
conflict, that should be evident in Device Manager.
Checking the wireless card manufacturer's FAQ section, may also provide
some SB conflict issue instructions?
