Happy New Year! Thanks for the reply.
Another problem I'm havein is berfore I installed the patition commander , I tried
to install window 2000 upgrade. It did not install fully and I got an error message
and it would no longer load, however it loaded enough files that it is now the default
O/S system and I can no longer get win 98 to boot up.
Do you have any idea what files I can correct so that it will boot up to win98 again?
It will not boot in safe mode the only way I can edit files is going to edit.com
from tha dos promt.
Thanks for any help
Jeff
