Happy New Year
for nvidia 5200 read more about the device because i had that and now have 6600 and
both must have spacified slot "PCI" or "AGP" so read about that. as for the restarts
i suspect that ur fans are not put in all the way or right the heat causes the computer
to restart and so check on that and to see if its heat problem depending on ur bios
go to it and see if you can find section called healty computer or tempretures and
see the temps. should be 40-60 C and as for the first problem go to device manager
and see if there is any signs next to the driver and make sure that there is no conflict
with irq and or dma address through bios. hope that helped in any way.
