Anthony,
Again you neglected to post info on the System in question. I recall you had a Desk
computer and a Laptop, both with multiple recent problems.
I mention the recent problems because loading new software on a computer with problems
is an invitation for more of the same; problem begets problem.
If the Program is Route 1 Pro from the Software listing on the left side of the screen,
then at least someone may be familiar with it and would potentially be able to advise
if you'd just post some info on the Computer in question.
One thing is true on this site; Better information produces better results. Some
of the Volunteers here are quite good at guessing what you mean, but why should they
have to GUESS? A Dr.? should know this better than anyone, regardless of the field.
