Error message "incompatible version of RPC stub" Sunday, March 5, 2006 at 10:51 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Ballu (1 messages posted) I get a error message "Incompatible version of rpc stub" when i try to install a game or a software like virtual cd .I tried to solve the problem by interchanging various versions of files like 'oleaut32.dll' 'olepro.dll' etc. but no luck! Please help me to get out of this .
