Hi,
Have you got 'world of warcraft' if so see link below;

Try and be more specific we can't diagnose problems with 'hub thingy' statement and
did a run on install disk. What hub thing ? What install disk and what file were
you trying to run? When exactly did you get error messages and exactly what did they
say? do you have a network system and shared printer. The more facts you give the
more chance of help.
