Fonts Don't Display Correctly

I do not believe this has been addressed by anyone else. I'm running Windows 98SE on 128 MB RAM, and the other day as I installed a large number of fonts (bringing the total number of fonts to I believe 302) I got an resource error message from a program, which wasn't running. Now when I load up any programs that use certain fonts they appear really blocky, pixelated, and as another font (and unfortunately not one I prefer such as Arial or Verdana). Any way to correct this?
