Thanks for the reply.
I was wondering if a driver for this laptop might help.
as in the reply that I got to my post.
I don't have any drivers for this laptop . I am just using
the bootdisk and the windows 98 cd from my regular pc
I just got a driver for my cd rom so I can boot from
the c: drive so I don't have to use the floppy but that's
it.
I just got a new set of ram modules and installed them
and made no difference so that only leaves the motherboard as strange as that may
sound so I guess that's next
