The upgrade install should ask for the floppies or the Win 95 CD to verify a previous
version. You don't even need the CD KEY of the Win 95 disk. This should work for
authentic MS upgrade discs. When possible, this is the best way to upgrade, and
keep the Win 95 files totally away from the new install. The upgrade disc should
be bootable also...
