win 98se IE compaq 5360
Can anyone tell me why some programs connect immediately but some take over a minute?
i.e. outlook express - immediate
bank & credit union - immediate
mlb.com - over 1 minute
annoyances - over 1 minute
google - over 1 minute
Downloads take forever, Vat Gifs?
