Cannot create creator! Error 0x80040154

This error is returned for CD Creator 5 Basic in Windows 98 (possibly ME, also) after
a re-install of CD Creator 5. Problem is, you must log in as Administrator.
Solution:
1. Click Start Button
2. Log off as current user (probably your name or other designation)
3. Screen will go blank a few moments. A new log on box will appear.
4. On the user line, type
Administrator
5. Tab into password box and create a password. REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD. Make it
easy, like, 123
6. Windows will open the operating system.
7. You should be able to open your Roxio CD Creator without problem.
You may have to re-enter passwords for dial-up access and other programs.
