If you're sure it's a worm, run a Panda scan as suggested. There may be a specific
removal tool available, if you know the name of the worm. Have you tried McAfee's
Stinger? Run it in Safe mode and clear out All temp folders. Ewido was just taken
over by Grisoft, but you can still download a demo of it.

In the meantime, don't visit that site if you think it's responsible? What's the
URL, and have you tried Site Advisor to see what it has to say about it? Adding it
to a HOSTS file, will block access to the site completely. Adding the URL into IE's
restricted zone would be more help. Disable everything that can possibly be disabled
in the Restricted zone settings.
