Brian suggested removing duplicate items in Device Manager, unless you have reason
to believe that both Mouse entries are valid, try removing both and reboot.
Also look for any unknown devices or entries that say Other devices, remove them
as well.
Check the Sound, Video and game controllers section, If you have any entries that
you don,t recognize as belonging to this category, remove them.
No need to remove one at a time, remove any that don't seem to fit and reboot. Pay
attention to the install process on reboot, see what gets detected and installed.
Check Device Manager again .
Major Geeks lists the vendor for your Unofficial SP, good idea to eMail the vendor
for support.
