If I use my default ISP connection and I close IE it always asks if I want to close
the connection. What I do is go to Windows Explorer and look for Dial-Up Networking.
Right click on your ISP and make a short-cut on your DeskTop. Now you can use this
short-cut and it won't ask you if you want to disconnect.
