Copy the file from your cd to your hard drive. Then go to the properties for the
file on your hard drive and change them that should work. Then open the file that
on your hard drive from your program. Once you write to a CD you can not change
the properties there fixed for life unless your using some special software and a
CD-RW that can handle that type of change
