There's really no need for him to get his free resources lower than that. That's, 
unless he's not running the programs he normally uses. That was always about the 
average on my old system, 45-50% free. 

He still has plenty available to run even more apps, as long as they're not resource 
hogs. Yeah, he could probably get it down more by not using his system. If his system's 
infected, there may be extra resources being used than there normally is. 

About the bias, I completely understand that.... but, it's not lazy to want to avoid 
infections, since many are next to impossible to clear up!
