Now, when I go to win update, I get an "Administrators only" screen. I've never seen this before in Win98. Also, I have been trying unsuccessfully to update to activex 9.0c. When I try to install, I keep getting a message saying "A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify that the Cryptographic Services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid." Please help; I need this version to run my Creative player, as well as games. Thanks.
