Click on your thumbdrive model and follow the directions on the page that appears.
If you have more problems, be SPECIFIC about what you have done.
(You might start with the NAME of the file
--including the EXTENSION. e.g., Cruzer_Family_98SE.ZIP).
"Tried everything" is not useful.
