Hi Linda.

How come the drive letter is M:? How many drives or partitions do you have?

I use Cequadrat PacketCD which is a drag & drop method of writing CD's, but it isn't 
reliable.

As mentioned InCD4 comes with Nero but it won't let you install if you have PacketCD 
or another drag/drop software installed. I didn't know Adaptec's DirectCD was the 
same type of software.
