I can't figure out what to do, my Win98se machine was working fine and I installed 
a software package that I have used before on another computer.  Now I can't get 
the software to work and I get these errors when I boot up:

"Error Starting Program
The comdlg32.dll file is linked to missing export kernel32.dll:GetSystemDefaultUILanguage"

followed by:

"RUNDLL
Error Loading powrprof.dll
A device attached to the system is not functioning"


I get the same error when I try to run sfc.exe.  I also already replaced the comdlg32.dll 
files with no help and uninstalled the software that started the problem.
