I'm thinking that calling this "Win98" is misleading.
I'm not sure where you got this (I WOULD like to know)
but I'm pretty sure when you boot to this disk
you are going to see a DOS prompt.
|This does not have a mouse driver so i would like to add the same.
|
Makes me wonder what is the intended purpose of this ISO
(by the author as well as how *you* intend to use it).
|(i have mouse.com file)
|How and where do i place the file (i know how to add files to iso files)
|
I'd like a link to the add-files-to-an-ISO page as well.
|Do i have to edit the autoexec.bat file and what lines do i have to put therein.
|I can't understand the contents of the autoexec file included in the iso image
(too complex for me).

So, you can alter an ISO but you can't parse a batch file.
Hmmm. Must be a humdinger.
To get a mouse working under DOS, you have to load the TSR.
You can do it from the command line or from a batch file.
I'm hoping you realize that under DOS the first 640kB of RAM is precious.

|One query - do i really need the mouse driver
|
What were you planning to do with it in DOS?
The only mouse-concious part of DOS I can remember was DOSSHELL.
Are you doing all of this to run DOS apps in Real Mode?
Do your DOS apps require (or even support) a mouse?
