I think you probably have a damaged file. Run a full scandisk (with surface scan) 
and read the log to see if it locates the damaged file. This link tells you how to 
replace urlmon.dll (I couldn't find your exact problem as the MS site is kinda iffy 
tonight) but you could substitute any filename if scandisk finds any:
