Ken - do the following:
1. Put in the boot disk and select "start computer without CD-ROM support.
2. At the A prompt enter: "Fdisk"
3. Again at the A prompt enter: "Format C:"
4. When it asks if you want to erase evrything answer: "Y"
5. When it is finished give the volume a name like "MAIN"
6. Reboot and select "start computer with CD-ROM support."
7. At the A prompt insert the W98 disk and enter "setup" and the install will begin
