*.BAK is obviously junk.
Stuff in C:\WINDOWS\Application Data is specific to an app.
Anything those lousy uninstallers leave behind can be killed off.
You can always test to see if a file is necessary:
Rename the file and see what happens.
If adding a hyphen to the beginning of the name
results in no errors thrown for a week or so after you've done it,
that's a good indication the file is just wasted HDD space.
