I think you are going to find this is a hunt-and-peck procedure.
(If Symantec bloatware is left running, that's the 1st thing I would disable.)
When you do something that requires it to be in place, THEN you can start it.
I don't consider *sleeping* to be one of those things.

M$'s Task Scheduler is more bloatware.
I'm absent-minded and even I won't run that PoS.
If I did need a chronologically-related assist,
I'd get something that wasn't so poorly written:
