I was half way through downloading Stopzilla and decided it was going on too long . I had two or three attempts to stop it downloading before it finally did just that. Then I cleared out all the files I could find associated with it. Now I have a really annoying intermitant problem. When I return to desk top after surfing and either click on shutdown or even explorer again...it freezes. This does not happen every time.When I try Ctrl Alt Del it comes up with 'Explorer' After a long wait the problem usually clears but not always. Please help .... John.
