Excel/Word dual files.

When a new Excel file is created the system automatically creates a Word file with the same information and vice versa. Deleating either file automatically deletes the other file. Please HELP! :(

System automatically creats the same information in Word file when a new Excel file is created and vice versa. Deleting either file will automatically delete the other. Help!
