Outlook Express is a program used for emails I can't think why would it ask what
program do you want to use to open Outlook Express?
What are you doing to bring up this problem?
Can you open Outlook Express on its own?
How long have you had this problem? You could do a Scanreg /restore in DOS
if it used to work ok before.
