We need a lot more information.
- Are you receiving your mail thru a browser, that is, Gmail or equivalent?
- If so, which browser and which email service?
- Are you receiving it thru a client such was Outlook Express or Thunderbird?
My own personal cure for Realplayer was to completely remove it from my computer
and email complaints to the sites that used it exclusively such as the American Idol
site. Then the sites that used it exclusively a few years ago either added WMV or
Flash or discarded Realplayer altogether.
There's a Realplayer Alternative for Win2k or higher but I don't care anymore.
