Run Internet Explorer, and go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS and click on the ADVANCED
tab. Under the heading "Multimedia", you need to tick the line that reads "Show pictures".
Also try ticking "Play animations in web pages".
If they are Macromedia Flash images, you must install the Macromedia Flash Player
(which now is called just "Flash Player" and is hosted at the www.Adobe.com website).
If the problem is not solved by the above suggestions, it may help if you would be
more specific about which version of Internet Explorer you are using, and about which
webpage you are trying to view. We could then perhaps give you suggestions that are
more focused on your problem.
